This notice explains how data submitted through the La Casetta del Melograno website is handled.

The form may collect first and last name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and any information freely entered in the message. The hosting service may also process technical connection data required for operation and security.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to reply to availability requests, provide stay information and take pre-contractual steps requested by you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
Providers and international transfers
The site is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms. Technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards required by applicable law. If you choose WhatsApp or Google Maps, their own privacy notices also apply.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and any subsequent relationship, plus any period required by law. Submissions that are no longer necessary are periodically deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies and external services
The site does not use its own profiling or behavioural advertising systems. Some external content or links, such as Google Maps, may activate third-party services under their own policies.
